1. Seller Engagement Fee
The seller engagement fee is:

All success fees are paid by the buyer, not you.
2. Buyer-Led Seller Option (£0 engagement fee)
If matchmaker⁺ approaches you because we already have a specific buyer in mind, your seller engagement fee is waived.
You only pay the £1,000 + VAT if you later instruct us to conduct a wider search beyond the initial buyer introduction.
This gives nervous or early-stage sellers a low-risk way to begin the conversation.
3. Success Fees (Paid by the Buyer Only)
Sellers never pay success fees.
These are payable by the buyer when a deal completes — covering:
