Apply to Become an Approved Buyer

Matchmaker⁺ is a curated marketplace for law firms looking to grow through acquisition and firms considering succession, sale or merger.

Law firms wishing to join the marketplace as an Approved Buyer are asked to complete a short application. Every application is reviewed personally by Matchmaker⁺ and we verify that applicants are genuine law firms before approval.

If your application is approved, we will invite you to join the Matchmaker⁺ marketplace and send you our Buyer Membership Terms and NDA for review.

Buyer Membership is currently £1,000 + VAT, payable only if you are approved and decide to proceed. The membership fee is fully credited against your first Matchmaker⁺ success fee.

Once you have joined, you become part of our Approved Buyer community and can be considered for appropriate acquisition opportunities across the Matchmaker⁺ marketplace.
