1. Engagement Fee
A single Engagement Fee becomes payable only when you confirm that you wish to receive full details of a seller or be introduced to them.
This fee:
- Unlocks access to confidential information
- Covers unlimited further introductions
- Is deducted from the final success fee if a deal completes
- Ensures that all parties entering discussions are committed and genuine
There are no other fees at the introduction stage.
2. Success Fee
A Success Fee becomes payable only if a deal completes at any point within a 36-month period following our introduction.
This covers all forms of transactions arising from the introduction, including:
- Mergers
- Acquisitions
- Partial or phased integrations
- Team or department bolt-ons
- Transfer of files, WIP or practice interests
Principles of the Success Fee
- The fee is based on the size of the introduced firm, not the buyer
- The structure is fixed, published and transparent
- The scale applies consistently to all buyers
- There are no uplifts, retainers or hidden extras
- The engagement fee is deducted from the final success fee
- Settlement is required upon completion
The exact fee schedule is provided directly to engaged buyers along with the NDA.
3. NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
Before any confidential information is shared, we issue a simple NDA to protect both sides.
This ensures:
- Information remains controlled
- Sellers can engage with confidence
- You receive full details quickly once agreed
